if these were animated in minifolks style I would buy!

An animation update is definitely in the works. Cheers and thanks for the feedback!

https://lyaseek.itch.io/ here is aforementioned style. Do you think style/animations will be similar? Any estimate on timing? I’d like to make a game with these!

Those are some charming animations! As for the style, if you mean side scroller style then yes that is compatible with what I'm planning.

My intention at the moment is to take the proper time animating this set.

However, right now I'm working on a 1-bit charset and after I finish that I'll have to make a choice between working on an update for this one or preparing a LoFi charset, which is pretty much done I just want  to do some final polish on it.

Maybe this isn't what you hoped to hear, but I just wanted to be honest with you on what the future for this set might look like. I do appreciate your excitement about these characters, it's awesome that you would want to use them for your game. It really motivates me to want to keep working on it, so thanks!

Cheers.

When you update them with animations, consider adding versions without the black outline too. This style is fairly compatible with lyaseek assets like steven said and the value of meshing styles is immeasurable. Looking forward to whatever else you release!

Understood, thank you for the feedback. Cheers!
